Legal Consultancy Department

Department of Legal Consultancy that is a part of Consultancy Department of General Directorate started to provide services in 03.12.2007 following the appointment of legal advisor.

Managing Director reviews the laws, regulations and instructions prepared by the departments and other legal issues in terms of legal constraints. The department contributes by developing solution for possible problems by dealing with legal conditions before submitting them to the court. Additionally, the department works on the lawsuits brought against the institution. The legal cases and execution proceedings are also followed by the department according to law numbered 4353 in coordination with Legal Departments.
