Responsibilities and authorization stated in law numbered 5263 are:

a)      To follow up the tasks stated in 60^th article of the Law dated 10.12.2003 and numbered 5018 (with the law numbered 5436 given to Strategy Development Directorate)

b)      To realize the all type of administrative and financial services of establishment, purchasing, renting, maintenance and repair, archives, health etc. needed by General Directorate.

c)      To plan and follow up civil defense and mobilization.

d)      To follow up similar tasks given by the general directorate.
